Day 2 of NYFW: Fringe Fantasy

Fringe hit the runways once again for Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week with a bit of a new season makeover from the shows back in February. Around the waist, around the ankle, and even around the neck, designers like Jason Wu, Ohne Titel, and Marissa Webb redefined the role of fringe from the main attraction to a chic accent.

Relaxing after a show in a fringe fueled dress from the new RTW collection of London based jewelry designer, Nocturne, Cynthia Desser cuff, Morra Designs bangles and custom made Stuart Weitzman heels (oops, you can't see them here, but trust me, they are fabulous) & topped off with a lovely glass of bubbly :)

LOOKING BACK ON MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK

It was a hectic and exciting week, with nonstop shows and networking at the mecca of fashion for New Yorkers: MVFW. In the midst of the chaos, I bumped into my good friend, Eddie Shie and his wife, Christiane Seidel (Sigrid on HBO's "Boardwalk Empire") during the Carmen Marc Valvo show. In tribute to one of my all time favorites, I wore a purple leather laser cut skirt by Carmen Marc Valvo and rocked yet another Tanya Hawkes purse.
