In the eyes of Laura Solin-Valdina, style is and always has been about the individual. At the age of fifteen, while living with her family in Zurich, Switzerland, her knack for fashion had become glaringly obvious.

After her studies in textiles & clothing during college, Laura moved to New York City where her natural abilities, coupled with her now highly-trained eye, earned her a spot at one of the world's most prestigious showrooms, Showroom Seven. While there, she met professional wardrobe stylists and realized that styling was her true calling.

Before long, small projects turned into larger ones. Styling music videos turned into styling for the silver screen, and Laura was soon assisting on major motion pictures such as 'I Shot Andy Warhol' and Julian Schnabel's 'Basquiat'. Now, with almost eighteen years in the business, her roster of clients includes A-listers like Deborah Norville, Paul Rudd, Jason Segel, Naomi Judd and Seal. Thanks to her strong reputation throughout the industry and her personable nature, each of Laura's clients has returned many times over for her expert styling advice.

Despite a hectic schedule traveling around the globe, and raising two young boys, Solin-Valdina remains true to her core style values - working with and highlighting the individual qualities that make each client unique.

While she now focuses primarily on print advertising and celebrity and personal shopping, she recently added a cross-country live makeover tour to her artistic repertoire and has begun a concierge styling service.
